Blueberry Yuzu Cruffin

This was my absolute favorite pastry from Houlden’s. I can’t stop thinking about it. 🫐💛 Super delicate flaky outside-spongy on the inside. The yuzu glaze was so good! A little bit tart, citrusy & perfect with the house-made blueberry filling.
