Absolutely gorgeous brunch or breakfast dish at the Lotus Seed, which was both vegan and gluten free. This little cafe/restaurant is definitely one of my happy places :). The pancakes felt indulgent yet light and healthy, and were generously topped with warm, citrus-infused blueberries and raspberries, and a dollop of vegan butter. The portion size was quite large but definitely not too heavy. Came with fresh and delicious fruit slices. I paired it with a soy mocha latte, which was also fantastic (so nice to find a place that does a great vegan mocha!). Another great experience at the Lotus Seed!
