Beautiful mocktail made bluish-green from the superfood spirulina~ 💚🩵💙 The base of the mocktail comprised a blend of jasmine tea kombucha, goji berries, liquorice, marigold, black cardamom, and magnesium. 🫖🏵️ There was a prominent tanginess from the kombucha, with complex and slightly spicy notes. 🍸 Garnished with 'lady fingers' ice plant, which had a crunchy texture and refreshing salty (???) taste; a unique touch which I've never really seen elsewhere! 🌿 NGL I don't drink and don't quite know how to appreciate cocktails / mocktails, but if you're into unique, healthy, and sustainability-focused concoctions, do swing by Analogue Initiative before they close down in a couple of weeks! I've visited several times and the bartenders are always happy to explain the concept behind every creation as well as tailor recommendations to individuals. 🧑🍳 P.S. The coaster was locally made by The Plastic Project / Plastify using recycled plastic~ 🌎♻️ ($17 non-alcoholic, $26 alcoholic) #sgvegan #sgdrinks #cocktail #mocktail #minorityowned #zerowaste
Blue spirulina, jasmine kombucha, Goji berries, liquorice, marigold, black cardamom, magnesium. A little salty bite on the top of the ice. Interesting!
Decent mocktail. I liked the contrast between the salty fingers garnish (first time eating this veg) and the sweet drink (blend of spirulina, kombucha, goji berries etc). I would prefer something funkier next time but this is good if you want something safe to go with your food. Love the vibes in Analogue!
