BLT with a side of mashed potatoes

This was so tasty and really just perfect. It was totally gluten free, and the bread was really good. The bacon was made from tempeh. I love The Red Fern so much! The best comfort food you can imagine. A must visit if you’re in central NY. They also bake things in house, and have a great gluten free selection. And it has a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. #glutenfree
