Bindhi Masala

Bindhi Masala is found is most Indian restaurants. This version was lovely was the okras were well coated by the masala. The okras were tender and not over-cooked. The serving portion was good for 2-3 pax.

Bhindi (also Okra, Ladies finger) Masala was cooked in a rich, spicy sauce which complemented the saffron rice and naan.
