Bhindi Poriyal

I visited a local restaurant today, where I tried a new vegan #okra dish. The #basmati rice was very fragrant, and the taste was not bad! The bhindi poriyal was slightly sweet, and the texture was pretty nice. The restaurant is definitely vegetarian-friendly, but unfortunately there were not as many vegan options. #veganrestaurant #indianfood #southindian
