Beetroot Risotto With Vegan Cordon Bleu

The risotto was tasty and not very thick, the cordon bleu was awful, very fried, very hard to bite and chew, and no sign of vegan cheese inside. Made with seitan, the taste left was not good. Once again, their white sauce might be optinal, because it's taste makes every plate have the same flavour.
