Beet tartare

I know it looks amazing and exotic but tbh it was all looks and not that much flavor. Additionally, I was expecting something salty (it’s supposed to be a tartare)… also the taro chips were over cooked so some of them tasted burned even tho they looked fine (so you would never know if you were getting a good chip or a burned one)

Appetizer with beet and avocado and taro chips! Gluten free! I enjoyed! 🌸
