Beer Brats

We bought these for our Labor Day camping trip, but never got around to grilling them. They were just as satisfying as a quick dinner between work and a concert! These brats are huge, but not unmanageable. I really enjoyed their flavor! They went well with ketchup (sorry Chicago), Dijon mustard, and relish. I usually like diced onions too, but we were out.
