BBQ Jackfruit Sandwich

This bbq jackfruit was awesome! The bun was nice and soft and it was loaded with the fixins. Tasty tots on the side with some amazing house made sauce. #veganisnotscary

So I purchased my sandwich to go. I like this restaurant uses a cardboard clamshell for to go items instead of styrofoam. The potato rounds we're covered in nutritional yeast and a little bit of paprika and served with a side of spicy ranch. The jackfruit had a good texture. The bun was very soft. The barbecue jackfruit was sweet but had a bite of spice. Coleslaw was served on top of the barbecue jackfruit.
