BBQ Brisket and Mac & Cheese

I was looking forward to trying this original spin on #veganmacncheese . It is topped with #coleslaw and BBQ vegan steak brisket . I never tried anything like it....it was actually really good to share with the table. All the flavours and textures went well together. I was cringing at the price at $27 after being in Thailand, this is soooo expensive. But it is really a huge portion! I felt a bit sick after this meal, because I am usually much healthier than this 😂 #foodcoma Do try it if in Vegas and craving some #vegancomfortfood !

Another great dish from modern vegan, Mac and cheese with bbq brisket on the top, big portion and delicious.

This BBQ Brisket smacked nasty. The Mac and Cheese was thick and creamy, call 112. The portions? Well let’s just say that it kept me fed for a couple days. 11/10 would recommend 🔥🔥

MAC 'N' CHEESE SKILLET WITH A HEAPING PORTION OF BARBEQUED STEAK STRIPS, COLESLAW, TMV SAUCE, RANCH DRESSING AND GREEN ONIONS. This was an amazing entree. It was quite huge and delivered on all cylinders. My mouth waters just thinking of this amazing dish. The Brisket was cooked perfectly with even some crispy burnt ends which I didn’t think was possible. The cheese sauce was perfect not overly heavy and creamy. Would recommend to everyone. It is a must try!
