Barbacoa Taco

I had never had a taco so delicious as this taco. It was refreshing!

this is my favorite, went there two times in a month since i loved the food so much and mostly ordered the same exact things. this tasted so authentic i was certainly surprised since it is considered a fine dining restaurant.

I loved the texture of the maitake and oyster mushrooms!  finished with pepita.cream, avocado cream and toasted pepitas. Nut-Free and Gluten-Free
