This the third dish to share part of this 8-course fully vegan tasting menu. It was a umeboshi and mustard flavored beetroot, with arugula and peanut pesto, accompanied by a red beet mayo. It was such a well thought dish with an original and pleasant taste. I really appreciated the creativity behind all these vegan dishes. The price for the tasting menu was 25€ per person, including water, coffee and after dinner shots.
