
Wanted to eat this after seeing @xinru-t review. I'm a sucker for banana blossoms. Always loved vadai and this was even nicer with bits of the banana blossoms. Served hot and crispy.

These are South Indian fritters made with banana flower and channa dal. It is a good appetizer. I totally enjoyed the crunchiness. Not a fan of the dipping sauce though. I find it lacking with flavour.
