Still going on strong with the #carbcrawl - this time with a huge serving of five baked pumpkin wedges (the size of a rectangular ice cream tub!) with olive oil at this salad bar in Fortune Centre L2. Would have preferred the pumpkin to be more browned in cooking, but otherwise a good #carbsforlife session. They have a good selection of vegan-friendly choices for salads and even vegan yogurt acai bowls. Will pop by when I'm in the vicinity again.
