Vermicelli with vegetarian spring rolls

The spring rolls in this refreshing bowl of vermicelli with fresh greens were made-to-order so

they were nice, warm and crispy when I had them.

Remember to ask the staff not ro add fish sauce in the bowl of sauce to veganise it.
