Avocado Sourdough Toast

Liked this twist to an otherwise basic avocado toast! I did find myself eyeing @hownowbrownkow’s vegan burrito and @jashment’s vegan tacos so I would recommend those over this for sure. It was yummy, but would I get it again? Probably not.

Loved that they had so many elements to what could have otherwise been a really basic avocado toast. Came with heirloom tomato salad, pea and capsicum pico de gallo and kohlrabi which were all really well executed and gave a nice added flavor and texture profile. The star of the dish though I’d have to say was the bread itself, so soft it almost melts in your mouth while still maintaining to hold its own weight under the super generous amount of avocado. #veganisnotscary

Loved this simple and delicious dish. The sprouts, the avocado tasted fresh. I'd definitely order this again. Filling for lunch.

What a flavour combo with avocado and peas. High quality bread used as it always avoiding bread as with everything processed!
