Avocado Cucumber Roll

I don't love this combo usually because it's always the vegan option and I need variety. I appreciated the cucumber being julienned so the texture didn't contrast against the avocado too much (like I find when the cucumber is just a log inside.)

This was deeelicious! The chunks of avocado were huge and the cucumber was so finely cut. They were big pieces so I ate them in two bites! :)
