Aubergine sandwich

Vegan sandwich made with homemade sourdough bread, beet hummus, roasted eggplants, red cabbage, gherkins and mango sauce. It’s definitely a creative combo, however I wasn’t a fan of this sandwich, mostly because of the bread, which in my opinion tasted a little bit stale. The price was 11.90 chf. Portion wasn’t huge but neither too small.
