Couldn't fathom why the menu ish liddat 😑, in bits and scraps of A4 printed sheets on top of a thickbook (nothing on alliums as well) and vegan is a loose word here. So when I tried to customize an entire set to #alliumfree standard on top of my nutfree requirement, it became a chore Laying it out (side by side) for the benefit of treenut sufferers. #alfalfa in place of #pistachio biscuit on a blob of tart #raspberry bubble (the best molecular on the table that afternoon). #salmon sashimi on sesame dressing was a spongey, chewy affair and grilled #bellpeppers on sweet #balsamicvinegar a refreshingly delightful experience (latter a tad cheapskate though) Value 👉 $50 (lunch set)
I liked the “sashimi” for its chewy texture and “fishy” flavors. Didn’t quite like the cracker(?) tho it’s crispy but has that strong greasy oily taste. The one on the right was very interesting! Love the cracker at the bottom and the little red ball pops the moment u bite into it!
Love how the sashimi slice taste. Found the dried cracker and raspberry cracker underwhelming.
The cracker has a really nice seaweed and subtle wasabi taste to it. The "salmon" in the middle made of konjac is surprisingly convincing when eaten with the cream topping. Was quite impressed with this one. The raspberry on the right has the perfect balance of sweet and tartness, as the flavor explodes literally in the mouth.
On the left is a seaweed flavour cracker. Ooof this was so good I could eat 20! Then in the middle is a little ‘salmon’ appetiser. This is my faaaavourite fish replacement ever it was so good 😭❤️. Could eat this all the time. The last one I didn’t like 😬. Not sure what it was but tasted like raspberry juice or something? Anyway the other two really made up for the last one not being to my taste as they were amazing!!
