Assam Curry Tempeh

Ate up a storm here. Racked up a bill of RP300K (48K pictured, 250K alone by yours truly 😜). Weakest link pictured but by no means inferior as a standalone dish Glorious #deepfried #tempeh swimming in a pool of #assam (tamarind) #curry gravy. Couldn't stomach more 🍚 to mop up the sauce unfortunately.
