Asian Persuasion Bowl

It's good. Bit boring as there nothing really Asian about it other than the sauce, really.

Wholesome ingredients (which is why I chose it) but I didn’t love it. For the price, I think I could make this better at home. The kale was very chewy and gave my jaw a work out. It was also difficult to eat because everything kept falling off my fork - the rice, the cabbage, the kale - I couldn’t get a mouthful of everything together. It needed a nice sticky sauce to tie it all together, it just had plain soy sauce poured over. Sad I spent my money on this instead of something else. Would not order again 😞

I really want to rate this good, but it wasn't. The seaweed was WAY TOO MUCH. It totally overwhelmed the dish. I made the mistake of mixing some of it in with the other components and it spoilt the dish. The miso eggplant was BOMB though. They definitely need to put in way way way less seaweed. No beuno.

A healthy lunch option that’s full of flavour! Miso glazed Aubergine kebabs with edamame, pickled red cabbage, rice, seaweed and kale. They were out of pak choi so I added some avo. Very nutritious #veganisnotscary
