So the Amelie is described as “Herby, cheesy tofu scramble, a warm croissant, roast tomatoes, 2 hash browns & confit garlic aioli”. I subbed out croissant for sourdough (because I’m insane obviously). Overall loved it. Tomatoes super juicy, and the HASHBROWNS. Really satisfied my potato craving. Love the originality of the ball shape! And the house made aioli needs an award. Tofu scram take it or leave it tho! Personally I prefer a firmer tofu with more umami.
