Al Pastor Tacos

Srybb is now located in X Bar on Colfax! The #alpastor #tacos are made with house pepper and adobo marinated roasted #tofu and #mushrooms, #onion, #cilantro, and #pineappple served on #corntortillas. I asked for the #cashew crema on the side. This was super tasty! The tofu and mushroom combo is fantastic and really adds some great texture and protein. The flavor is great and the pineapple was a fun touch! It was about $14 before tax/tip which made it closer to $18 in the end. It's a little pricey for 3 tacos :/
