Him Heang is a bona fide #penang establishment, 大名鼎鼎, and with enough attitude to open for only 3.5 hours a day plus make you wait your turn outside while they enforce social distancing capacity limits inside 😬 (You can save yourself all that ballache by ordering online in advance 😉) But they deserve their fame. No lard, no butter, no egg, no cruelty, because #veganisnotscary and not a compromise on quality either 😏 This is a #pandan paste interpretation of their signature Tambun biscuit (豆沙饼 to the rest of us 😏), with #lotusseed as well as *both* rock sugar *and* glucose for your adoring #sweettooth 😊 My one complaint is that, as @lol1409 will agree, this is a candidate to headline the #airmerchant collection; see the 3rd picture, bet even you've never seen the likes of this before 😩 Ngl, really heartbreaking when a box this big returns just 12 tiny morsels of goodness within ☹️ #malaysianeats 🇲🇾
