花生饼 Peanut Cookies

I'll be honest, these are good but my mum can make better ones. Trouble is that her secret ingredient is egg wash, I can't win 😭 But I grew up with this sort of #peanut #biscuits which melt in your mouth into something like a #sweettooth friendly coarse powder (coarseness comes from you guessed it refined sugar 😁) so I was getting a #nostalgia hit as much as anything. Stopping at Him Heang is a must for me for each Penang #holidayhaul, I bought 6 boxes of stuff and this is the only one yet to be reviewed 🥲
