I have no idea what Sukhumvit noodles are, especially not when one of Bangkok's nicest parts is supposedly being transplanted into a different city that I have considerably less affection for 😛 The Mandarin doesn't entirely make sense either - I've had the #singapore #hokkienmee many times before, and this tasted nothing like it 🤨
Thin and thick #noodles are combined and cooked in some kind of sauce, then vegan #fishballs, #beancurdskin, #mushroom #fakemeat, and #lard are added to the mix. Impressively flavourful, in fact 😋
