Été Grilled-Cheese

This grilled-cheese is 100% vegan and grilled on a vegan plate (which is slower but worth it). There is muchroom and arugula in it; it tastes like heaven. I had it with white bread I would have hope to have it with a whole wheat bread, but anyhow it was delicious and I could eat 10 of those. Finally, it is so not expensive... it's worth it in every possible way!
