would you believe i was in a grocery store that had plenty of vegan cheese

shreds, but this was the only option for sliced vegan cheese? that's weird, right? anyways this is pretty good, it's nice for grilled cheese. it does take a bit of encouragement to melt but that's not an uncommon struggle so i hear👂

I have been using this for quesadillas. it melts great and tastes good.
