almost daily lately! On avocado 🥑 toast, rice cakes and crispy potato 🥔 wedges I made recently!

I love these dried hatch Chile flakes. I always keep red pepper flakes on hand

but these have a different flavor and work well in different dishes. It’s versatile and convenient. I like to sprinkle it in vegan mac n cheese and it adds just the right heat. 🔥
