I got these as I used to enjoy a lamb curry. There's a good amount

in the pack (enough for 2 people) and I made it in to a mild Rogan Josh with Alpro single cream, a tin of tomatoes and a jar sauce. Pieces are a nice size and texture and do the job. No idea what they take like on there own but you always use pieces in curry etc so doesn't really matter.

I think this is the very first vegan lamb alternative I’ve tried! The flavour was

great, and although it looked grey and anaemic when I first put it in the pan, it browned up quite nicely. The texture was good and it was fab in kebabs!

Was super surprised to see these as lamb alternatives are few and far between. Used

them to make a ‘lamb’ korma. Super impressed with the flavour, not overly synthetically ‘lamby’ but a welcome change to chicken and beef alternatives
