My partner loved these in his stir fry. Normally he gets the Tofoo Co. Tempeh

Madrass pieces, which he also likes, but he preferred these. There also have double the protein, 25%! They contain soya, and they're a bit on the expensive side. But we'll definitely get these again when they're reduced or on offer.

Easy to cook. 8mins on hob. Great texture works well with sweet corn

Does not

contain glasses or suitcases šŸ¤£šŸ˜‚

It was ok, but not exceptional. Not worth RRP Ā£3 to me - this is

significantly more expensive than actual chicken - not that I want that at all, but this feels like profiteering. If significantly reduced, may worth trying.
Uncooked I could taste the slightly grainy texture other reviews mention, but I didn't notice this after cooking (with some garlic & ginger).
I messed up the cooking (it was in a wood-fired oven, so there's no temperature control, & I also had a Mexican inspired dish on the go, so had a couple of tequilas to improve the feel. One thing lead to another, & the chickenless pieces came out a more crispy than intended. They were still quite pleasant, if partly crunchy.)

Mmmm, this was good! This mock meat range takes quite a while to fry up

(14 mins) compared to other stuff but Iā€™ve been impressed by both flavours Iā€™ve tried so far. This tastes and smells very chicken-y, though IMO the texture isnā€™t quite as amazing as my favourite mock chicken (Oumph! brand) as itā€™s a little soft. Iā€™d likely get it again though šŸ‘

I expected more for the cost of the product. But am always willing to give

new vegan products a chance.
This was very bland, might have been better if used in a curry to soak in flavours? (Used in risotto for us).
Breaks up a lot while cooking too so you end up with lots of tiny/bitty pieces. Not great but an alternative.
