Bun texture was pillowy soft, yet satisfyingly dense -- pretty much exactly like (if not

better than) the regular sweet buns you'd get from decent Asian bakeries! Personally loved the paste; it's made in-house but is low-sugar though, so you'd have to really like the natural taste of red beans.

Filling-to-bun ratio also spot on. Y'know how you can sort of feel for the quality of a bun by it's weight? Five of these in a bag weighed as much as a brick, no joke.
