I got this soup as an emergency pantry item. I noticed today it was slightly
out of date so figured I should finally have it 😆
It was ok, but really not something I would get again. It wasn’t bad exactly but not desirable. I typically love lentil and pepper soup but not this time.

Neither me nor my partner enjoyed this soup. We both thought it tasted like liquid
smoked paprika, and it wasn't even salvageable by putting other spices in. Wont get again. But the other flavours (sweet potato/coconut and the chickpea/aubergine) we will get again. #soup #plantchef
This soup was warming and smoky, I'd recommend as a filling lunch with some bread
or sausage rolls.
