I found this recipe to jazz up broccoli and realized I already have this in my spice cabinet so tried making it today in the air fryer and I added tofu. 200 grams firm tofu cut into cubes Half a head of broccoli cut up 1 tbsp olive oil As much Tajin seasoning as you like - I used about 2 tbsp Mix it all up and pop it into the air fryer on high temp for about 6 minutes. More time and the broccoli starts to char too much! Served over a bed of basmati rice!
