Not bad at all. I really liked the taste and the texture and not than
happy to use it as a beef replacement. But if you were using it to simulate a beef texture or taste this isn't the product.

Tastes like what I remember cow to taste like. It's beyond my comprehension why people
still continue to eat animal flesh when there are products like this available now. I'd buy it again, when it's on sale.
