I really like using this coconut milk for rich Thai curries and other recipes that
call for full fat coconut milk. This is so much lighter and makes a lighter currie while maintaining a nice coconut taste. Unsweetened is great for more savory dishes.
It is very creamy, even though i think its kind of plain. I would use
it to make smoothies and shakes.
