I found these at Grocery Outlet this morning (Dec 29, 2022) for $0.25/box.

I thought “you can’t go wrong at that price “. So I bought 2 boxes. As it turns out, I wouldn’t pay much more than that.

I guess I was disappointed because I was expecting these to be (vegan) ice cream sandwiches. Instead, the centre was mousse-like and not that appealing (to me). It didn’t taste bad, just not what I had expected. I should have looked at the front of the box more carefully.

I love that they’re different. Maybe the second one will be better.

I was intrigued when I saw these at the store! These sandwiches were different but

so good! I love that they’re made from aquafaba. I really liked the texture and the taste! ✨😌

If you cut out the cardboard gingerbread man from the front of the box, I

bet it would taste better than the actual ‘treat’ in the inside.

These were only $2! Unfortunately, the texture is very weird and the "ice cream" part

is not ice cream, but almost tastes like a weird marshmallow. The cookie part was gummy. Wouldn't recommend.
However, I'm sure these are a great option for people who can't have traditional ice cream ingredients or gluten.

The mousse filling is ... mediocre. The cookies look kind of sadly-shaped. Go for ice

cream sandwiches instead.
