As much as I appreciate the brand’s efforts in becoming more bio-conscious (vegan, non animal testing, packaging made out of 96% recycled plastic etc etc), as a shampoo itself it does an average job. Not sure that it did smooth out my frizzy but my hair definitely felt drier after use. On its own it’s a 3/5. Combined use with conditioner it is a 3.5/5 :-)
