I love pesto! Have you tried tofu pesto before? It's super convenient to mix with pasta, vegetables, and tofu. I just mix a spoonful with hot pasta, add some salt and nutritional yeast. I got this product from #BigBasket which was on sale. Good quality, doesn't have a strong flavour, clearly labeled as 'vegan' and comes in a recyclable glass jar! A must-try!
