We used this to make a dessert for a party. The dessert basically had a

mixture of coconut cream and this on the top and a thin slice of cake on the bottom. This made for a really nice dessert as it wasn't excessively sour (often an issue with pineapple) but was instead sweet.

The drained liquid I used in a few #smoothies, but it also makes nice #icepop. Just mix a can of coconut milk in and pour it into your moulds for the freezer, berries kan also be added.
