Prodotto sicuramente innovativo e molto simile all’originale: a base di proteine di piselli e amidi.
Ottima consistenza. Unica pecca il prezzo! 80gr di prodotto a circa 4,50€ (in offerta!). Viene voglia di produrlo in casa a partire da carote :)

Fette di finto salmone a base di piselli, che come il salmone vero è fonte
di omega 3 (perché è addizionato).
Ottimo sapore, impressionante al primo assaggio. L'odore può trarre in inganno anche i gatti di casa!
Comprato surgelato non lo consiglio a crudo, perché perde un po' la consistenza giusta ed è meglio cucinarlo. Non sapevo che alcuni negozi lo vendessero surgelato, eppure eccolo qui... 😅
Per il costo che ha, è davvero poco all'interno, ma permette comunque di preparare una pasta col salmone, da brava nostalgica degli anni '80.

I may not be very suitable to review this since I never had actual salmon.
It tastes slightly fishy and the consistency is thick and a bit gummy like. The color is quite vibrant. I would’ve never bought it if it wasn’t on sale since the regular price is 5€. Which I find very high for quite little product (6 pieces). I guess for special occasions it’s a nice product. #vegansalmon
