The cheese they use in these is Applewood, which is

a brand I have seen but I don't think I've had before. The cheese is impeccable tasting. The right amount of smoke to pastry ratio. I cooked these in the airfryer and they still managed to crisp up like a usual oven cooked pastry.

Can't remember the allergens as I threw the box out early while cooking 😭
