Quite possibly the best lemon cake that one can buy. I would go to say

this is actually better than the one that Bosh make...... although it's a close cut. This cake is so moist and lemony and is not at all sickly or overbearing. It's quite small but for 4 people one quarter each was absolutely enough. Can't recommend this cake enough, one seems to accidentally end up in my basket every time I go into Sainsburys.

Soft and scrumptious, tastes incredible. Beautiful texture and the lemon curd in between the crumb

is heavenly. Definitely worth the price!
