Wow I have never had this brand of vegan cheese and I am so impressed!!
It melts so well and tastes so close to mozzarella cheese! I made a homemade pizza, using my leftover Daiya mozzarella shreds on one side and then this okanagan mozzarella on the other, and this one was easily way better!!
