Bought this as it looked like a healthy choice among those available haha but turned
out I couldn’t really stand the strong gingery taste (the “mashed” ginger felt a little “spicy” and bitter to me 🙈). The texture of the lion’s mane mushroom is good though. Anyway similar to the previous review, it’s a convenient pack for people who don’t have a lot of time to cook, as it only requires a few minutes of heating before serving :)
