Buonissime lenticchie. Io di solito compro quelle rosse ma devo dire che anche queste sono ottime. Piccoline e non si disfano. Sempre prima ammollate con alga kombu. Yummy lentils. I usually buy the red ones but I must say that these are also excellent. Small and do not fall apart. Always first soak with kombu seaweed.
