The package touts these benefits: energy, vitality, brain function, and immunity. But from what I’ve heard about these mushrooms, there’s a lot more offered here! Gut health, reduced inflammation, and lowered blood sugar among them.
Note: I hesitated to give these a full 5 stars, even though I liked the product, because it’s hard to tell if they really do provide results and I think more critical research needs to be performed on medicinal mushrooms.
