Yes!!! It says on the front of the package it is gluten free! Such simple ingredients...I love it! :)

New product alert!!! Go to Sobey's and get these bites of heaven!!! Unreal flavour and texture and filling too! Yummmmm. I baked them and they got crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. I made a veggie stirfry on the side and poured a homemade mushroom soup on top of everything like a gravy...it was perfection! Will be getting this again as soon as possible!

These are amazing! Great flavour. Great texture. I cooked them in the air fryer because I cook anything and everything in the air fryer. It was so good. Would recommend! I got it at Metro. Not cheap of course but really delicious

Not great. They were greasy when cooked even though I didn’t add any oil. The taste was just overwhelmingly garlicky.

Saw this on sale and just had to try it. I cooked them in the air fryer and they turned out so crispy! Every bite was so full of flavour.
