These Morningstar Farms Buffalo Wings are fantastic for a *chicken nugget~ emphasis on the chicken nugget. Despite what they are supposed to be and what the name says, they are actually not spicy at all and only barely resemble the shape of a classic chicken wing. Identity crisis aside however, these “wings” are a really great vegan chicken nugget! They taste extremely similar to an actual chicken nugget and boast a nice texture that is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The lack of spice can be easily fixed with the addition of hot sauce to kick the “wings” up a notch! Plus, the fact that they’re vegan means that the nugget doesn’t contain any disgusting gristly pieces of meat either. All in all, these are simple yet really well done vegan chicken nuggets that definitely need a name change. 🍗
